It gives me immense pleasure to write this message for the 5th year of BAL VIKAS PUBLIC SCHOOL, GOGAMERI.
BAL VIKAS PUBLIC SCHOOL, GOGAMERI, Hapur has a vision to inspire, motivate and prepare our students for a fast-changing technological modern world by instilling critical thinking skills, worldly way of thinking, deep understanding of society and respect for moral values like truth, loyalty, honesty, kindness and dedication.
The future is digital and more open. The know-how required for our students to be successful in the future is very different from what was required in the past. The need to memorise and know formulas is becoming less and less critical, while practical knowledge with creativity and out-of-the-box thinking along with other leadership skills has become much more important. Seeing how these are important, such skills need to be instilled in children from an early age, so it doesn’t just remain a skill but becomes an integral part of the student’s personality and attitude.
Keeping the above in mind, we have created the foundation of BAL VIKAS PUBLIC SCHOOL, GOGAMERI, Hapur on three main pillars. The first pillar is curriculum and content. We have tied up with one of the finest education consultants in India and the ME, Next Education Pvt Ltd, to create the curriculum and content to be delivered by our teachers. They have provided us a well-designed curriculum, completely aligned with all the CBSE guidelines with an integrated layer of digital content. Along with that, they have also provided a learning management system, which is needed for the school to consistently deliver quality education to students without any gaps. The second pillar is infrastructure and the building. The Hapur campus is spread across four acres with a high quality building, a good football and cricket ground, with seating area for parents to observe their ward’s sports coaching sessions, a lot of other sports facilities along with a 24ft high rock-climbing wall and state-of-the- art multi gym for primary students and kids gym for pre-primary students. The third pillar is our teachers, who ultimately deliver all of the above to the students and shape the students’ attitude and value system beyond the curriculum. We also have a strong training program to develop the skills of our teachers and have already imparted over 20 days of training to our teachers in just a few months, with many more lined up for the rest of the year.
I am a true believer that education and a value system with the right attitude can set a child on the path to success that may have no boundaries and limits. During the upbringing of a child, we are often pleasantly surprised, revelling in their achievements that are beyond their young age. I believe that children have limitless potential and talent in them, all that is needed is a small help to unleash and unlock it. At BAL VIKAS PUBLIC SCHOOL, GOGAMERI, Hapur, which is our first school, this is the very foundation on which we have built the complete curriculum, which is aligned with CBSE and leverages all the good points from the New Education Policy from the Modi government. With my own experience of education in India and Europe, we would like to make BAL VIKAS PUBLIC SCHOOL, GOGAMERI, Hapur, an institution for Hapur people to be proud of, creating great thinkers and creators who will set a new benchmark in the society.
